strategy Associate director

This Strategy role is focused on winning and delivering strategic advice across Market Entry, Re-purposing, Policy (& Translation), Business Models and Project Creation.


Key Responsibilities:
Service Delivery - managing and delivering advisory services
Practice Development - acquiring / converting insights and foresight into service propositions
Business Development - including internal networks, client relationships, originating and managing preparation of bids
Professional Development - of yourself and of your team
Line Management - including performance appraisals and reporting

Your target utilisation (service delivery) will be 50%. The other 50% will be split across practice, business and professional development.


We are looking for candidates with the following backgrounds:        
Significant proven experience of delivering strategic advice on one or more aspects of the following activities in the regulated / assets sectors: Market Entry, Re-purposing, Policy, Business Models and Project Creation.
Excellent working knowledge of appropriate management tools, methodologies, products and management techniques to develop propositions and tactical deployment of resources.
Excellent line management, project management and delivery skills
A postgraduate qualification in a relevant profession and a degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent continuous professional development.
