It is important for us to really understand the
reasons why you are recruiting along with understanding the specific skills and
personalities you are looking to attract.  Job specs tell some of the
story but we need to know about your leadership and vision so we are best
placed to represent you in a competitive market. We believe a good relationship

Bringing the Message to our Network

MWN has invested heavily in the leading recruitment database tool.  This
ensures that our researchers are able to contact close to 8000 management
consultants or candidates with significant internal
change and improvement experience from leading Blue Chip organisations. 
We are therefore able to identify both passive and active candidates at your
request.

Regardless of market conditions, good candidates are always difficult to move; they often
have a well-established network and, as such, are wrapped in cotton wool by
their current employer. They don’t post their CV on advertising sites, but they
will often follow MWN on social media and will always talk to someone who has
their eye on the best opportunities for reward and recognition. This is where
our network comes into play.

Many
candidates request market updates from us so that they can best manage their
career potential.  As well as calling regularly to maintain contact, we
provide a monthly newsletter to candidates detailing key news events, key
opportunities and market trends. Our consultants make sure they are completely
accessible to candidates old and new, and as a result always have their fingers
on the pulse when it comes to the latest trends and opinions in the
Management Consultancy sector.

Managing our Relationship

Fundamentally, Michael Warwick Nicholls has the structure and integral resources to be able to
acquire most candidates required by our clients.  However, it is imperative that our ability to
do this is balanced with the clarity and support we receive on an ongoing basis
from the recruitment team.  We can
provide you with whatever information you need to monitor progress with
recruitment. 

This can include:  
Monthly statistics on the number of CVs sent 
 The ratio of CVs to interview
Reasons for interviews or offers being declined 
Diversity monitoring (we are happy to forward you our approach to
diversity should you require it)

 
In accordance with our REC membership, all candidates will have given their permission to be
represented by MWN and have provided the necessary legal documentation for
registration.

After each interview, we will provide you with full candidate feedback and would hope that
you would do the same.  We will provide you with as much information as we
can to secure a candidate at offer stage.

As one of our
clients, we can send you regular updates on market trends and salary surveys
should you require them. We also play a proactive part in helping our clients
reach their diversity and inclusion goals.
