Our client is a boutique management consultancy and specialist advisor for organisational effectiveness. They are looking for an exceptional individual to join either of their Zurich or London offices as a Consultant.
Your role:
Contributing analytical expertise to high impact projects in international companies
Working with clients and senior management to gather, compile, and analyse information
Clearly communicating analytical findings, conclusions, and recommendations to project teams, senior management, and clients
Contributing to the enhancement of the firms service portfolio and intellectual capital
Planning and leading project work-streams
Developing, guiding, and mentoring less experienced colleagues to help realise their full potential
Your profile:
2-5 years’ experience at an established strategy consultancy in a similar role.
Project experience in a number of sectors
Exceptional analytical and structured thinker with a rigorous, creative, and pragmatic approach
Fluency in English is essential, with fluency in one of the following languages highly desirable: German, French, Swedish, Italian (German required for Zurich office).
Mature, confident self-starter with a passionate, entrepreneurial drive and an ability to flourish in challenging environments, with a steep learning curve
Genuine business interest with a demonstrable level of business acumen
Motivated to support our team with a desire to help develop less experienced team-mates
Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment
Excellent verbal and written communication and reporting skills.
Degree from a top tier university
Highly level of capability in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with PowerBI is a plus
