Principal - hr transformation

We are seeking professionals with experience leading the delivery of HR Transformation to join our client’s rapidly growing team. Our client works with blue chip clients to help them transform their business through organisational development, talent management, behavioural change management, optimising the HR function and workforce optimisation.

Job Description
Candidates should have experience and proficiency relevant to several HR Transformation areas. 
HR Strategy & Planning: Defining the HR Strategy, leading engagements, setting expectations for project scope, timing, resources, and outcomes
HR Assessments: Running HR Assessments which review the current operating environment with the objective of identifying issues and opportunities for improvement
Service Delivery Model: Implementing a Service Delivery Model which includes roles, responsibilities, governance structures and span of control within HR
Development and set up of HR Shared Services strategy
Awareness of HR technology and how it supports and impacts the HR service delivery model.
Experience of leading an HR cloud system implementation is desirable although not essential
Building the business case roadmap to demonstrate a value proposition for senior management to make a decision to move forward projects

Managing a team of consultants and/or facilitating client HR teams on client delivery projects.
Leading the delivery of high quality client project work for HR Transformation assignments, or leading a specialist work stream within a more complex transformation programme, working closely with colleagues from other services areas such as Behavioural Change Management, Financial Management and Organisational Design.
Providing specialist HR Transformation advice and work closely with the client leads and team members to successfully deliver project outcomes.Working with HRT partners and directors to lead HRT business development opportunities
Contributing to the development of HR Transformation methodology and tools

Education and Experience
Postgraduate qualifications or equivalent experience
Proven experience in line with the job description and roles and responsibilities
Candidates should have excellent communication and stakeholder management, in addition to strong familiarity and proficiency with Microsoft Office packages, including excellent PowerPoint skills.
Finally, candidates should have strong commercial acumen, a hunger to learn and develop, motivate and support others. The successful candidate should be able to thrive in a fast paced working environment. Previous consulting experience is essential.
