People and Change Director

An exciting opportunity for an experienced strategic/leadership development Director.  Our client is a boutique consultancy with a Global presence, their purpose is to help leaders and organisations do well, evolve and do good in the world. As a Client Director you will blend your ability to grow existing client accounts through developing trusted partnerships, with design and facilitation expertise to provide innovative solutions for clients.

Shape, lead and execute existing client account strategies with your client teams.  Develop future work through insight led strategic consulting and develop new business through consultative selling and supporting go to market plans for EMEA:

Pioneer work across the propositions of Leadership, Organisation design and Purpose.
Develop trusted partnerships with clients in order to be a consultancy of choice.
Design innovative solutions for clients which bring propositions to life.-
Resource and project manage all client projects in partnership with your PMO team
Create account strategies to support growth in existing clients
Be discerning in your delivery for clients.  i.e. facilitation of top teamwork or newly designed pioneering content.
Develop coaching relationships with critical people in the client system.
Write proposals and pitch for new work.
Attend events and maintain engagement with your network to support lead generation activities in your market
Ensure profitable delivery of account plans, whilst maintaining quality standards with our clients
Build client insight to support ongoing development of our propositions
Lead the development of client led thought leadership content.
Develop your own practice through continual learning  

This is a job based in the UK market which is usually home based within travelling distance to London.  There will also be travel requirements for client-based work across EMEA. 

Required Experience:
Self-driven, entrepreneurial and independent mindset  
A track record of success in leading client accounts of between £0.5 – 1.0 Million .
A strong commercial acumen.
Proven ability in delivering successful strategic and leadership consulting programmes.  
Consultative selling and business development experience which has resulted in winning new business
Experience of managing client teams.
Demonstrated leadership,   teamwork and interpersonal skills
Strong analytics capability.   

Preferred Experience (but not essential):
Small consultancy experience would be an advantage
Development of thought leadership content in their expertise areas
Would hold a bachelor degree
