The Finance Optimisation team is really new and projects include the following:
Finance Operating Model design – including work in mergers, acquisitions, demergers and
shared services / offshoring and outsourcing.
Programme Management of large, complex Finance Systems change programmes.
Organisation and cultural change.
Programme Quality Assurance.
Empowering Finance teams.
Acceleration and optimisation of Finance processes using our unique 3D approach to process change as well as using Robotics Process Automation (RPA).
Finance systems change.
Suitable candidates
You will be a qualified accountant with experience of one of the following:
Target Operating Model Design / Implementation.
Finance function change or integration.
Finance systems advisory.
Re-design and optimisation of key finance process cycles (R2R, P2P etc).
RPA, cognitive and predictive analytics.
Design/implementation of finance processes, shared services, finance outsourcing, off-shoring experience, finance systems architecture.
