finance & risk transformation partner

We are looking for a Finance & Risk Transformation Partner to work with CFO (organisation) and CEO of external clients to develop finance vision and innovative business models.

Responsibilities 

       Identify, sell and deliver complex finance, risk & fraud solutions
Develop and maintain key relationships with clients to generate and build business
Establish strong, trusted relationship with clients to understand needs and provide guidance around process solutions.
Instruct and assist with solutions development to streamline and optimize financial operations.
 Identify new business opportunities; creatively participate in the development of sales of solutions and to sell and deliver complex finance, risk and fraud end to end transformation engagements.
The ability to direct and deliver large scale system integration and finance transformation programs with innovative business modelling, enterprise performance management, enterprise application and analytics solutions.
Work closely with clients and team members to determine needs and develop innovative finance, risk & fraud solutions including, process re-engineering, outsourcing, shared services, organisational redesign and benchmarking.
       Serve as an integral team member of the Finance, Risk & Fraud Management team, providing leadership for development of sector and industry strategies.

Requirements  

     Ten or more years of industry and/or professional services experience leading large, complex projects.
     Demonstrated track record of successful business development and profitable project delivery and proven sales track record and demonstrated proficiency in developing channel and client relationships
Including successful hands on full life cycle project experience
      Experience conducting finance diagnostic activities, current and future state operating model constructs.
    Expertise with designing, integrating and implementing innovative finance and accounting processes based on enabling technologies.
Experience working with clients to optimize financial processes through process re-engineering, outsourcing, shared services, organizational redesign and benchmarking.
     Previous experience working for top tier consulting firm or professional services organization and working Fortune 1000 clients.
      Excellent oral and written communications skills, organization and teaming skills.

An undergraduate degree is required, with an advanced degree strongly desired.
