Accenture were looking to recruit a substantial number of ACA qualified candidates for their Finance and Performance Management Team. We suggested that many qualified candidates would not necessarily consider management consultancy an option so early on in their career. Together we put on a series of open evenings with the Accenture Team whereby they could explain the career option and complete a first interview round. Accenture provided the speakers and MWN provided the audience. The event resulted in a considerable number of hires in a very short time and also sent out their message of growth and fantastic career opportunities to a much wider audience.
