Mike was a founder member of Michael Warwick Nicholls and is responsible for recruitment in the industrial and commercial sector. Mike has been operating in this space for over 20 years and has recruited for a number of the UK's leading organisations; he has recruited for the major PLCs and SMEs alike.
Prior to starting Michael Warwick Nicholls, Mike had worked for a large industrial organisation as a graduate trainee and then joined a major international recruitment company where he was responsible for business development within the UK and overseas.
Mike is responsible for financial recruitment within industry and commerce recruitment for Michael Warwick Nicholls. Over the past 20 years he has recruited for the major PLCs to the small SMEs and privately-owned companies across all levels, from group finance director to newly qualified across all sectors.
